The International Public Policy Association (IPPA) is currently recruiting a Bilingual Executive Assistant for the head office of the Association.
IPPA's main objective is to further develop public policy research and to create an academic community bringing together members from around the world. It currently has 1000 members from 70 different countries and is composed of 22 international College representatives, including 12 representatives of the Executive Committee.
You will be assisting the manager by taking in charge administrative and secretarial tasks of the Association.
Contract type: 12 months full-time contract starting as soon as possible
Education level required: 2 years of higher education studies (BAC+2) or relevant experience in secretarial work or accountancy
Languages: English (fluent) – French (fluent).
Allowance: 1480.27 - 1750.00 euros per month, depending on profil and experience
Other benefits: A 50% reimbursement of public transport costs (if applicable) and access to the ENTPE cafeteria.
Job location: The head office of the IPPA is located in ENTPE (State National School of Public Works), at the LAET Laboratory (UMR CNRS), 2 rue Maurice Audin, 69120 Vaulx en Velin, France.
