The IPPA winter school was an amazing experience. I have no words to describe my satisfaction, the quality of the workshops, the location, the extra-activities and the quality of the interactions with the lecturers and the other participants present at the event exceeded my expectations.

Congratulations to every single of you involved in its organisation. You were great! I look forward to other IPPA events

“The Winter School on Public Policy organised by IPPA was very useful in many ways. I would like to cite three-

it provided me with an opportunity to listen to and interact with the best of scholars in the evolving field of public policy. Getting an understanding on the current discourses by the great professors, indeed put me on a very steep learning curve

Secondly, this gave me the opportunity to present my own research project and engage with a group of scholars to brainstorm, ideate and get feedbacks. This was very helpful. Prof Chris provided very detailed perspectives on the evolution of theories of public policy and sparked my interest in ACF and IAD. Also, i gained from the discussion on research projects of fellow scholars.

Thirdly, the whole of exposure of staying a week, in a french ski-village, with more than 43 participants from 20 countries, meant a lot of cultural exchange, free exchange of ideas, experiences amidst the French hospitality by the Manoir team.

A great format of workshop, truly engaging and very comfortable for participants coming from far off countries. We were well taken care by IPPA team and had a memorable experience, making lifelong friends!!All the best to Prof Phillipe in his future endeavours.”
