The Ragnar Nurkse Department of Innovation and Governance of Tallinn University of Technology program tackles the most interesting and pressing issues of technological and digital transformations of societies. The program equips students with cutting-edge knowledge and practical skills on technological change, innovation policy and management that lead to a successful career in innovative private and public sector organizations.

· 2-year program (120 ECTS)
· You spend the 1st year in Estonia, in one of the leading countries of digital transformation globally, and can spend the 2nd year abroad;
· Core courses are taught by internationally recognized scholars: Carlota Perez, Erik Reinert, Jan Kregel, Robert Krimmer etc.
· Total tuition fee is 4455 EUR; tuition waivers for selected students.
