An opportunity to apply for the International Master's program in Public Policy at Higher School of Economics, Moscow. Foreign students are able to study in Russia tuition-free aided by the Ministry of Education.

-          It is the full degree 2 year International Master's program with the ECTS credit system.

-          The entire learning process is being covered in the English language with the majority of the faculty members are international ones (from places such as LSE, University of Geneva, La Trobe, University of Singapore etc).
-          The degree is recognized throughout Bologna process countries as we do give European diploma supplement with a list of courses and credits.
-          The well-furnished dormitories with all the modern amenities in the heart of Moscow. Students are provided with the local transportation cards for their unrestricted travel inside Moscow.

-          The grant from the ministry of education covers all tuition fees for 2 years and if the students study well they entitled to the small stipend.

-          A double degree program with the University of Bologna and a great number of possibilities to join exchange programs with different European universities.

Our learning fraternity is very diverse where the students from five continent do study together in complete harmony with each other while at the same time competing for the academic excellence and growth. This year we are especially interested to invite students with different cultural and professional backgrounds because we are offered 12 scholarships for our prospective students. 

We do hope to have very strong and motivated students to choose from. Once the applicants submit the required documents, faculty members do conduct  Skype interviews with all applicants.
