I am a Professor of Political Science and Wolfson Family Chair Professor of Public Administration at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. My academic experience, gained through the development of the "disproportionate policy framework," taught me that it is essential to encourage "out of the box" thinking in our research area, appreciate the wide range of research methods available, and facilitate a healthy academic environment that allows scholars to take risks.
