I am Professor of Comparative Politics and Public Policy at Bielefeld University, Germany. After having been a member of IPPA for many years, and regularly attending the conferences and workshops, I would be glad to contribute to the College. My research foci include theories of the policy process, in particular the Narrative Policy Framework, comparative social policy, and the evidence-and-policy relationship. Next to representing these, I would welcome the opportunity to focus on teaching public policy, and on exploring collaborations with other national and international associations.
