The fees to participate in the winter school are composed of your registration fee (refer to the below table) and your accommodation during the winter school. 

IPPA members benefit from a discounted fee. You can opt to become an IPPA individual member at the time of your registration and automatically benefit from a reduction in your fee. 

The membership fees are 40€ for PhD students and 120€ for others, and the membership runs for 2 calendar years 2023-2024.

*Note that you can benefit from a free IPPA membership if your university is an institutional member of IPPA (see the list here - please contact us in this case) 

Please choose one of the two accommodation options during the registration:

1. Accommodation in a double room for 5 nights (Sunday to Friday) at 450€ including meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

2. Accommodation in a single room for 5 nights (Sunday to Friday) at 600€ including meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

Once you have chosen your options, please proceed with your payments. You will have the possibility to pay using your credit card or via bank transfer. For credit card payments, the total amount could be split into 2 or 3 installments.
