ABOUT ENAP

 

THE BRAZILIAN NATIONAL SCHOOL OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (ENAP)

 

The Brazilian National School of Public Administration (“Enap”, acronym in Portuguese), public foundation linked to the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services, created in 1986, is a school of government that has as its main duties the training and the permanent development of civil servants, in line with the National Policy for Personnel Development (PNDP), as well as the production and the dissemination of knowledge about  public management and policies.

The School offers courses and programs for technical and managerial development, training and improvement of civil service careers and graduate programs. The courses are offered in on-site, online and mixed.

Enap also carries out international cooperation activities in association with the School’s teaching and research areas. It identifies pertinent themes in public management that could receive support through    the exchange with foreign institutions and specialists, engages in the execution and dissemination of events, and provides advice to directors and technicians of Enap for technical visits, congresses, presentations and courses abroad.
