Status

The constitution of the International Public Policy Association was declared on 14 December 2014 by the Prefet of the Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes Region, representing the French Interior Ministry, under the French law of 1 July 1901 regarding the creation of non-profit organizations. 

Its headquarters are based in LAET-ENTPE, 3 rue Maurice Audin, 69120 Vaulx-en-Velin, France.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Under Article L122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code, any complete or partial performance or reproduction of this website/application made without the consent of the author or of his successors in title or assigns shall be unlawful. The same shall apply to translation, adaptation or transformation, arrangement or reproduction by any technique or process whatsoever.

Under Article L335-2 any edition of writings, musical compositions, drawings, paintings or other printed or engraved production made in whole or in part regardless of the laws and regulations governing the ownership of authors shall constitute an infringement. Any infringement shall constitute an offence.

Privacy Policy
In Compliance with France’s Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties Law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, amending Law no. 78-17 relating to information technology, data and civil liberties, as amended, the IPPA website/application has been registered with the CNIL. The CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés) is a French body responsible for enforcing the law and freedoms of 1978. This law requires all holders of computer files and computer players to grant a right to access, modification, rectification and deletion of all personal data collected.
 
Newsletter
IPPA distributes a fortnightly newsletter. This allows us to send emails to subscribers to inform them of news in the IPPA community. The only data necessary for this service is your email address. In accordance with articles 38-40 of the Law on Computer and Freedoms of 1978, you may register, delete or correct your details when you want through the manner set out on the newsletter. IPPA is committed to ensuring the safeguarding and preservation of this data, which will in no circumstances be transmitted or resold to third parties.

 

Public information
When leaving messages on our Book Forum, your email address may be shown. In this instance, it is important to note that this information becomes public and accessible from the whole of the Internet. Therefore, we cannot guarantee confidentiality concerning this data left on a public platform. With regards to this information, a risk exists whenever you leave personal information in a public space. Some robots are able to detect email addresses in public access pages, and this data is sometimes used to send unsolicited e-mails.
