The constitution of the International Public Policy Association was declared on 14 December 2014 by the Prefet of the Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes Region, representing the French Interior Ministry, under the French law of 1 July 1901 regarding the creation of non-profit organizations.
Its headquarters are based in LAET-ENTPE, 3 rue Maurice Audin, 69120 Vaulx-en-Velin, France.
This site is published by the International Public Policy Association (IPPA) under the Director of Publication Mr. Philippe Zittoun.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
Under Article L122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code, any complete or partial performance or reproduction of this website/application made without the consent of the author or of his successors in title or assigns shall be unlawful. The CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés) is a French body responsible for enforcing the law and freedoms of 1978. This law requires all holders of computer files and computer players to grant a right to access, modification, rectification and deletion of all personal data collected.
IPPA distributes a fortnightly newsletter. This allows us to send emails to subscribers to inform them of news in the IPPA community. The only data necessary for this service is your email address. In accordance with articles 38-40 of the Law on Computer and Freedoms of 1978, you may register, delete or correct your details when you want through the manner set out on the newsletter. IPPA is committed to ensuring the safeguarding and preservation of this data, which will in no circumstances be transmitted or resold to third parties.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee confidentiality concerning this data left on a public platform.
