The Academy for Developing Administrative Leaders (ADAL) was established in 2017 by a Royal Decree to develop the leadership talent that will drive the implementation of the Saudi Vision 2030. ADAL's mission is to "provide an integrated system of solutions for government/military leaders through innovative methodology and global partnerships." ADAL provides assessment and evaluation services for leadership selection, training, assessment and coaching. ADAL's services follow a scientifically-based approach and is compatible with the local culture. ADAL's services specifically aims to:

1. Enable the government and private sectors to discover and select distinguished, highperforming and most likely to succeed cadres
2. Support decision-makers in nominating distinguished human cadres for advanced leadership positions
3. Identify strengths and areas of development (gaps in competencies to contribute towards providing individualized development plans for leaders).
