After the postponement of the Summer School Nairobi edition due to the COVID pandemic, we are pleased to announce the summer school will be organized in April 2023! This will be the second edition of the Summer School in the African continent, after Yaounde, Cameroon in 2019.
The International Summer School on Public Policy - Nairobi Edition 2023 will be held in partnership with the University of Nairobi from 17 - 21 April 2023.
The Summer School aims at providing advice and knowledge on Public Policy theories, concepts, and methodologies to analyze public policy to PhD students and early career researchers.
The school will bring two acclaimed scholars in the field of public policy namely, Frank Fischer and Philippe Zittoun. It will offer each participant the opportunity to follow:
Dates: The school will spread over 5 days from 17-21 April 2023. The deadline to apply to the Summer school is 15 March 2023. The selection will be on a rolling basis and the results will be announced progressively. To ensure your participation, we strongly advise you to submit your application as early as possible. The number of places is limited and the registration is open within the limit of available places. (10 places per course).
Location: The Roundtable and first-day lecture will be held at the University of Nairobi main campus. All other sessions will be located at the Corat Africa hotel.
