Following the success of the first and second edition of the International Summer School on Public Policy - Brasilia in November 2016 and May 2017 respectively, the International Public Policy Association (IPPA) and the Escola Nacional de Administração Pública (ENAP) are pleased to co-organize The Third Edition of the International Summer School on Public Policy – Brasilia (Brazil) from Monday, 4th to Friday, 8th December 2017.
Over a period of one week, Ph.D. students and young scholars will receive an opportunity to participate in morning courses and discussions on public policy theories, concepts and methodologies, as well as in afternoon workshops in small groups. A maximum of 20 students will participate in the workshops which will revolve around participants’ research projects. All the courses and workshops will be facilitated by international scholars and will be in English. The main goals of this Summer School are to help participants connect at the international level and to improve contemporary research.
The number of places available for this course is limited to a maximum of 35 Ph.D. students and early-career researchers. Interested students and researchers must apply before the 30th September 2017 by registering on our website and uploading a description (1000 words) of their research project. Although there is no registration fee, please bear in mind that participants must make their own arrangements for accommodation and meals as well as transport to and from the event venue.
