International Spring School on Public Policy - Denver Edition 2020

 

IPPA and the School of Public Affairs, University of Colorado Denver, is pleased to announce that of Call for Applications is NOW OPEN from February 11 - March 20, 2020.

 

The result of the applications will be communicated on 23 March 2020. Depending upon availability, IPPA will open the 2nd call for applications after 23 March. However, to make sure you have the best chance of being selected, we recommend applying during the first call!

 

The 3rd Annual International School Spring School on Public Policy - Denver Edition 2020 will also offer many opportunities to connect with peer students and international scholars in building their professional networks.

 

Important Dates

 

The 1st round of Call for Applications is open from February 11 – March 20, 2020.

Selected participants will be notified on March 23.

The registration period will be open from March 23 – May 22, 2020.

The Spring School will be held over 5 days in Denver from June 1 – June 5, 2020.

 

 

To apply

The application and selection of PhD students and young scholars (less than three years after obtaining their PhD) for the Spring School is based on the research project proposed by the students and young scholars.

  1. Log in or create an IPPA account
  2. Click to "I want to apply" button (at the top of the page)
  3. Follow the procedures outlined (upload the presentation of your research project in 3 PDF pages).

  • Please indicate the document title as follows: Surname - Research Project Title
  • It should include a potential publication, a dissertation proposal, a chapter/part of a dissertation, or other.
  • Also, participants shall include a short statement (e.g., a paragraph) of how the research project relates to their current professional situation and career ambition.
