Greetings from the Public Administration Association of Nepal (PAAN).

We are pleased to share an invitation to apply for participation in the International Conference on Public Administration and Governance in South Asia, to be held from 4–6 November 2026 at the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC), Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, Nepal.

The Conference is being jointly organized by the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC), Public Administration Association of Nepal (PAAN), and South Asia Network for Public Administration (SANPA) under the theme:

“Reimagining Public Administration in South Asia: Ethics, Inclusion and State Capacity”

The Conference will provide an important platform for policymakers, senior public officials, academics, researchers, practitioners, development professionals, and members of the wider public administration and governance community to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and discuss emerging challenges and opportunities for strengthening public administration and governance in South Asia.

In this regard, PAAN members and members of the wider public administration community and professional networks are encouraged to apply for participation through the application form below.

Given the limited number of places, applications will be considered with due regard to the relevance of the applicant’s professional, academic, research, or practical experience to the Conference themes, the potential to contribute meaningfully to the discussions and sessions, and the objective of promoting diverse and substantive participation.

We particularly encourage applications from individuals who can contribute to the Conference through research findings, policy perspectives, professional experience, institutional practices, innovative approaches, or comparative and country-level insights relevant to public administration and governance in South Asia.
