The call for papers for the 3rd annual Toronto Public Policy and Governance Workshop at the University of Toronto is open now. The workshop will be held on February 22 and 23, 2019.
Focus of the Workshop
The goal of the workshop is to offer a space to disseminate and discuss rigorous and cutting edge public policy and governance research. The workshop will follow the ECPR (European Consortium for Political Research), joint-sessions, format. And be limited to a small number of authors (approximately 12), with one hour dedicated to each paper. Papers will be circulated in advance and attendees should come ready to discuss, debate, and help strengthen the work of their colleagues.
This year's workshop focuses on papers that deal with public sector transformation, digital government, social and technological disruption, and policy innovation. However, papers that engage with public policy and administration theory, methods, or empirical matters, with a Canadian or international focus are also encouraged.
Registration
There is no registration fee and the organizers will provide refreshments throughout the workshop, along with a workshop dinner.
