IWPP2 UPDATE

Two months ago, IPPA announced its decision to postpone the Second International Workshop on Public Policy originally scheduled in July 2020 at FLACSO- Ecuador. Considering the current circumstances, the continuing uncertainty around the travel and health situation but also the overlap with the organization of ICPP5, it is with much regret that IPPA informs you of the cancelation of IWPP2. 

To take into account the exceptional situation and the work already done by the workshop chairs, we offered them three options to give continuity to the workshop activities: 

1. Transform the workshop into an e-workshop. 

2. Transform the workshop into an accepted panel at the ICPP5 2021 Barcelona. 

3. Keep the workshops for 2022, when we will organize IWPP2. IPPA and Flacso-Ecuador are still committed to organizing the IWPP2 at Quito.

IPPA will be supportive of any decision taken by the workshop chairs and authors of the papers that were accepted. We look forward to continuing actively working with you to promote the research in Public Policy.
