About the Role

The College of Government, Business and Law at Flinders University is seeking a dedicated and inspiring Lecturer in Public Policy and Public Administration (Teaching Specialist). You will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality, student-centred undergraduate and postgraduate teaching with a focus on foundational topics.

We're looking for someone who brings a commitment to cross-cultural and inclusive education, innovative pedagogy, and real-world relevance. You will also contribute to offshore program delivery and executive education for the public sector.

What You'll Need

  • PhD in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching at tertiary level
  • Evidence of continued professional development in teaching
  • (Desirable) Ability to deliver programs offshore (e.g. in China)
  • (Desirable) Experience in executive education for the public sector
  • (Desirable) Expertise in any of the following:
    • Asian/East Asian region
    • Quantitative/analytical methods for policy analysis
    • Integration of First Nations’ perspectives
