XIM University, Bhubaneswar, has emerged as a leading centre of higher learning in India and currently comprises 12 specialized schools. The university builds upon the legacy of academic excellence created by the Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar (XIMB), founded in 1987 and widely recognized as one of India’s premier business schools. 

The School of Governance and Public Affairs (SGPA) is one of the youngest schools at the university, with a vision to develop a globally recognized institution dedicated to serving the expanding public policy universe in the country.

Faculty recruitment is currently under consideration in the following positions and areas of specialization:

1. Assistant / Associate Professor

Ph.D. in Management or Economics, specializing in Public Systems Management or Public Finance.

2. Assistant Professor

Ph.D. in Public Policy with a strong academic record. A postgraduate degree in Public Policy or Management from a reputed institution will be an added advantage.

Note: Candidates who have recently submitted their Ph.D. thesis are also encouraged to apply.
