Status

The Constitution of the International Public Policy Association was declared on 14 December 2014 by the Prefect of the Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes Region, representing the French Interior Ministry, under the French law of 1 July 1901 regarding the creation of non-profit organizations. 

Its headquarters are based at LAET-ENTPE, 3 rue Maurice Audin, 69120 Vaulx-en-Velin, France.

The CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés) is a French body responsible for ensuring that data privacy law is applied to the collection, storage, and use of personal data. Users have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete all personal data collected.
 
Newsletter
IPPA distributes a fortnightly newsletter. This allows us to send emails to subscribers to inform them of current news in the IPPA community. Only your email address is necessary for this service. In accordance with articles 38-40 of the Law on Computer Technology and Freedom of 1978, you may register, delete or correct your details at any time using the procedure outlined in the newsletter. IPPA is committed to ensuring that your data is secure and that your privacy is protected. In no circumstances will your data be transmitted or resold to third parties.

 

Public information
Your email address may be revealed when you leave messages on our book forum. Please note that in such cases, this information becomes public and can be accessed by everyone. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee confidentiality concerning the data provided on a public platform. There is always a risk when personal information is made available in a public space. Some robots are able to detect email addresses in public access pages and this data may be used to send unsolicited e-mails.
