The IPPA-ENAP International Summer School on Public Policy 2018 was held in Brasilia, Brazil from December 10-14, 2018. The summer school was attended by 43 PhD students and young scholars as well as 54 practitioners from 27 different countries.
The Summer School offered its participants diverse approaches and research methods to deal with the institutional variable in policy change in a comparative perspective. Lectures were held in the morning by the international scholars, followed by an interactive discussion. In the afternoon, sessions were organised into working groups.
The 2018 International Summer School on Public Policy - Brasilia featured six distinguished international scholars:

Laura Chaqués Bonafont Professor of Political Science at the University of Barcelona,Spain
Frank Fischer Associated Social Science Scholar at the Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies in Potsdam and research scholar at the Institute of Social Sciences at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany
M. Ramesh Professor of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, Singapore
Charlotte Halpern FNSP Associate Research Professor at Sciences Po, Centre for European Studies and Comparative Politics (CEE), CNRS, France
Giliberto Capano Professor of Political Science and Public Policy at the University of Bologna, Italy
