The IPPA-ENAP International Summer School on Public Policy 2018 was held in Brasilia, Brazil from December 10-14, 2018. The summer school was attended by 43 PhD students and young scholars as well as 54 practitioners from 27 different countries.
The Summer School offered its participants diverse approaches and research methods to deal with the institutional variable in policy change in a comparative perspective. Lectures were held in the morning by the international scholars, followed by an interactive discussion. In the afternoon, sessions were organised into working groups.
