Alfred Nobel University, Ukraine is a higher educational institution with the IV level of accreditation. The Award for Research Leadership has been given by the Alfred Nobel Alfred Nobel University, Dnipro, Ukraine jointly to Prof. Manoj Dixit and Dr. Saurabh Chandra, both from India, for their initiatives promoting scientific research and exchange of knowledge in the field of Public Policy and Public Administration, and its ecosystem, and to contribute to its national and international development.

The Award was announced by the Dr. Sergii Kholod, Rector of Alfred Nobel University, Dnipro City, Ukraine and was given to Prof. Manoj Dixit and Dr. Saurabh Chandra in 2021COMAGI 1st International Conference on Migration and Gender Issues jointly which was organized by six universities and five international organizations (including Migration Institution of Finland) and was hosted by the Alfred Nobel Alfred Nobel University, Dnipro, Ukraine on 11th and 12th March 2021. The highest award of the University for Research was decided by the Academic Council of the Alfred Nobel University and was given to both of them for their initiatives for the promotion of scientific research and exchange of knowledge in the field of Public Policy and Public Administration, which were reflected in their partnerships with four leading universities in Ukraine like Alfred Nobel University, Ukraine, Polissia National University, Zhytomyr, Ukraine, Ternopil national pedagogical university, Ukraine and Dnipro University of Technology, Ukraine.

Prof. Manoj Dixit, Chairman of the IPARN Foundation, is Professor and Head at the Department of Public Administration in the University of Lucknow, India; and Dr. Saurabh Chandra, Managing Director (MD) of the IPARN Foundation, holds a Doctorate in Public Administration and is constantly engaged in teaching and research in the discipline of Public Administration.
