Eva Sørensen is award winning professor of public administration and democracy at Department of Social Sciences and Business at Roskilde University. She has published several widely cited articles in high-ranking international journals and books with leading publishers. Key research topics are co-creation of solutions to pressing societal problems such as the climate and nature crisis, democratic innovation, collaborative governance, network governance, public sector innovation, and political and administrative leadership. She has been director of the Danish PhD-school in Political Science and supervised more than 25 Ph.D.-students, and vice-director of Roskilde School of Governance. She has served as PI for a range of large-scale externally funded research projects addressing these issues.
