Winter School - Doha Edition 2026

Co-organized with Hamad Bin Khalifa University, the International Winter School on Public Policy – Doha Edition 2026 will take place from 18 to 22 January 2026 in Doha, Qatar.

The Winter School aims to provide the opportunity for Ph.D. students and early career researchers to advance their knowledge of Public Policy theories, concepts, and methodologies.  

The general program will be structured between: 

• Lectures on specific public policy approaches, concepts, and theories ;
• Courses on a particular issue given by an International scholar, according to students' preferences ;
• Afternoon workshop sessions enabling them to present their work to the group, and have their topic discussed by their peers and the professors.
