SPAS

Unfortunately Király and Gellért Spa is closed for now, but here are three options for all tastes and budgets:

  • Lukács - the local go-to, with a rather socialist patina, indoor and outdoor pools, the cheapest, they might accept student cards too, (on Tuesday open until 10 p.m. for early arrivals)
    https://www.lukacsfurdo.hu/en/
  • Szécshenyi - visitors love it for the monarchy-style buildings, open air pools, and chess tables in the water
    https://www.szechenyibath.hu/nt,
  • Rudas – very close to CEU, on the Danube bank, an in-between the previous two, with a classicist swimming pool, and a Turkish bath (Thursday-Friday co-ed)
