REGISTRATION

There are 3 distinct periods to register for the Workshops.

1. Early Bird period: until March 16, 2026
2. Regular Fees period: from March 17 to April 15, 2026
3. Late period: from April 16 to May 15, 2026

To benefit from the lowest fees and help with the overall organization, we highly recommend registering during the early bird period, which ends on 16 March 2026. Registrations for IWPP5 will close on 15 May 2026. 

IPPA Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation, the following refund rules will apply: before March 16th, 2026, 100% reimbursement; from March 17th to May 15th, 50% reimbursement of registration fees and Gala Dinner; after May 15th, NO reimbursement will be made.

We do not provide partial refunds (refund of only the gala dinner). Note that if you have taken a refund during one payment period, you will not be able to re-register in the same payment period.

Special refund considerations could be made for panel chairs or registered authors with an accepted paper whose Canadian visa applications have been denied, if proof is presented. Final decision on the refund rests with the Association.

The memberships are non-refundable.

All disputes arising out of the registration process will be subject to the laws of the Republic of France.

FEES & OPTIONS

Your final fee includes your registration to participate in the Workshops, and the additional options if you choose them:

1. Your initial Workshop fees: Depending on your status (PhD candidate or not) and the period of your registration, the fees will vary. Please note that your registration fees include the lunches of the workshops.
2. Your membership fees (Optional, but recommended): If you are not a current individual member or if your institution is not an institutional member (list available here), you can become one and automatically benefit from the IPPA member + lowest fees. The rates for the IPPA Individual Membership are 40€ for PhD students and 120€ for others for a period of 2 years (2026-2027).
3. Gala Dinner Ticket (Optional): You can purchase up to two tickets to attend the IWPP5 Gala Dinner.

The final amount will include the workshop fees plus your paid options. Note that your membership discount will directly apply to the final amount.

To pay, you have two options. You can pay either by credit card (MasterCard / VISA - highly recommended) or by bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, an invoice will be automatically created for you. This will include all the necessary information to process the transfer. Note that your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of your bank transfer.
