The Nkafu Policy Institute seeks to expand its research activities by recruiting top-level specialists and creative thinkers to help it fulfill its mission of promoting public policies that can catalyze in African societies a free, prosperous, equitable and democratic economy. The Nkafu Policy Institute is looking for public policy experts with varied disciplinary trajectories, particularly interested in the areas of economic policy, sustainable development, security studies, education, technology policy and artificial intelligence. Specialists can be recruited full-time or part-time.

Required qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in their field.
• Demonstrate impressive work and publishing experience.
• The individual must have the necessary skills to perform advanced research work. 
• Strong communication skills to influence public policy.
• Perfectly bilingual or have a working knowledge of French and English that will be tested during the interview.
