Since March 2018, Sciences Po Bordeaux has become a new IPPA member.

Sciences Po Bordeaux, is a public institution of higher education and research. It belongs to the community of universities and institutions of Aquitaine and associated with the University of Bordeaux, which was created in 1948. Since the university's establishment, the Institute of Political Studies of Bordeaux has never ceased to transform and modernize.

Sciences Po Bordeaux is one of the ten French Institutes of Political Studies. It now has more than 2,000 students of all statuses combined. Sciences Po Bordeaux benefits from the special legal framework of the Institutes of Political Studies.

The Bordeaux university is a large school located in the heart of an exceptional university site, the campus of Pessac-Talence-Gradignan is few minutes away from the center of Bordeaux.
