REGISTRATION

There are 3 distinct periods to register for the Workshops. To benefit from the lowest fees and help with the overall organization, including social distancing onsite, we highly recommend registering during the early bird period from 19 February to 02 April 2024. The fees include 3 lunches (1 per day). 

REFUND POLICY

In case of cancelations, the following refund rules will apply:

• • Before 02 April 2024: Full reimbursement 
  • Between 03 April and 14 June 2024: 50% reimbursement of registration fees, and Gala Dinner
  • After 14 June 2024: NO reimbursements will be made.

Note that if you have taken a refund during one payment period, you will not be able to re-register in the same payment period.

Special refund considerations can be made for people encountering visa problems or with personal emergencies. Proof has to be presented for the same and the final decision on the refund rests with the Association.

All disputes arising out of the registration process will be subjected to laws in the Republic of France.

*IPPA Membership Fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

OPTIONS

During the registration process, you will be able to choose different options:

1. Become an IPPA individual member: if you are not a member already, you can become one at this step. This will allow you to benefit from the IPPA member or IPPA member+PhD rates. The membership fee for 2024-2025 (2 calendar years) is 40€ for Ph.D. students and 120€ for others. The membership will automatically be added to your final fee for IWPP4.
2. Gala Dinner: As we want to make this event exceptional, we have the pleasure of proposing a Gala Dinner. If you wish to attend, you can add this to your final fee. Note you can buy more than one ticket. If you are unsure about joining us at the gala dinner, you can also buy a ticket at a later date by coming back to this page and processing the payment (limited to the number of available places). A vegetarian option is also available for lunch and gala dinner. You will be asked to indicate so at this step. More information is available in the dedicated section.
3. Closing Drink at Tlaquelpaque: The closing drink will take place in the typical town of Tlaquelpaque, just a few kilometers from the workshops venue. At the end of the last session of the Workshops, we'll be organizing collective buses to take you there (and back, too!) and enjoy the charm of the local crafts and shops. If you'd like to take part in this closing drink, please specify so when you register. Participation is free of charge. More information is available in the dedicated section.
